Curious how folks in the Denver area are managing this crazy spring weather

So, last week's crazy hail tested my Ascent! While I was running errands, it started coming down hard, and the roads turned icy fast. Thankfully, the AWD kept things smooth, but the hail did a number on my poor car.

I even had to reroute due to a flooded underpass, but the Ascent handled the bumpy detour just fine.

I'm thinking about getting some mud flaps to prep for more crazy weather. Any tips or mod suggestions from others dealing with the wild spring weather?

Not a bad idea, its definitely gonna hel, a good set of all weather floor mats and maybe some skid plates if you do rough detours often can't hurt either

oh yeah, for mods to tackle wild spring weather (and save your paint), mud flaps are definitely a solid first step. They prevent so much splashing up and chipping.
Beyond that, if you're hitting those bumpy detours often, all-weather floor mats (like WeatherTech or Husky) are a lifesaver for keeping the interior clean.
And for protecting against future hail or road debris, maybe look into some ceramic coating or paint protection film to give that paint an extra layer of defense

bro, Those hail storms were insane! A good set of all-weather floor mats from a brand like WeatherTech or Husky Liners is a must have for all the mud and slush. They'll save your carpets big time
